Gwell Tegan
Under the client’s request, we were asked to erect a new dormer bungalow for a customer who we had worked for in the past. After digging the footings as necessary, we concreted upto the damp proof course.
Floor slabs were then laid, in preparation for the timber frame company to begin. Once erected we started on the roof by laying an insulated Steico Board, before counter battening the felt.
A natural Spanish slate was then applied to complete the transformation of the roof. An outside skin of block work around the timber frame was composed, ready for rendering, before moving inside for the finishing.
